Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Independent Living Support Worker to join our team in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. As part of our Older Peoples Visiting Support Service, you will play a vital role in empowering vulnerable individuals to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

You will visit clients within community settings, offering personalized support to help them navigate available services and make informed decisions about their care. Your primary goal will be to promote independence, self-confidence, and overall well-being.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. While prior experience is beneficial, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

We provide a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits:
