Assistive Care Worker

We are looking for a skilled Assistive Care Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to elderly residents who require assistance with daily living activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults and a strong understanding of their needs and requirements. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
- Aid residents with restricted mobility to move around the facility and participate in social activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families to ensure individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in residential care
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently; knowledge of care planning and risk assessment
Salary: £12 - £13/hour
