Key Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that clinical standards are met.
- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of nurses, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Education and Development: Participate in education and development programs to maintain and enhance your own knowledge and skills, as well as those of the nursing team.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Qualifications: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a post-registration certificate in critical care.
- Experience: Extensive experience in critical care, with leadership experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
