Job Description

Job Title: Security Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join our team at OCS Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account management to our clients, ensuring the profitability of our contracts, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide account management to allocated clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support the Senior Operations Manager in ensuring account profitability and driving business growth.
  • Create and maintain a profitable service delivery model for all contracts, including integration of bundled services.
  • Ensure all employees are recruited, vetted, and fully licensed in accordance with legislation and company policies.
  • Staff training and development, including recording of training and development activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities for the Group, including hard and soft services.
  • Advise the Service Director and Business Development Team of opportunities.
  • Ensure contracts are operating to specification and performance is regularly audited.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure contract performance and success.
  • Identify, implement, and manage change as necessary within the region, supported by the Senior Operations Manager.
  • Performance management and development of reporting team, in association with HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure business sector is fully compliant with industry standards, relevant employment legislation, and company procedures.
  • Manage on-site staff in line with company HR policies and procedures.
  • Follow the appropriate IR steps if performance issues occur.
