Job Title: CCTV and Security Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CCTV and Security Manager to join our team at OCS Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing account management to allocated clients, ensuring account profitability, and creating a profitable service delivery model for all contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide account management to allocated clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Support the Senior Operations Manager to ensure account profitability and create a profitable service delivery model for all contracts.
- Recruit, vet, and license employees in accordance with legislation and company policies.
- Staff training and development, including recording of training and adherence to company and site guidelines.
- Identify new business opportunities for the Group in the security sector, including hard and soft services.
- Advise the Service Director and Business Development Team of opportunities in this regard.
- Ensure contracts are operating to specification and performance is regularly audited.
- Manage client relationships to ensure contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and manage change as necessary within the region, supported by the Senior Operations Manager.
- Performance management and development of the reporting team, in association with HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure the business sector is fully compliant with industry standards, relevant employment legislation, JLC requirements, ISO, and company procedures and policies.
- Manage on-site staff in line with company HR policies and procedures.
- Follow the appropriate IR steps if performance issues occur.
