Role Overview

As the Night Operations Manager, you will embody a passion for hospitality, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the night operations are effectively staffed to meet business demands while upholding the highest standards of team training, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction.

We seek a highly motivated individual who can adapt to the fast-paced nature of the hospitality industry, responding to shifting priorities and overcoming challenges with ease.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, ensuring an unparalleled customer experience, addressing complaints, and keeping management informed of any significant issues.

· Maintain a high level of precision during the night auditing process.

· Handle cash management in compliance with company policies.

· Prepare and generate reports for senior management as required.

· Ensure the security of the hotel premises and the safety of all guests during night hours.

· Oversee and manage all reservations during the night shift.

· Lead the night team, ensuring adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures through regular checks and on-the-job training.

· Conduct regular performance discussions with night team members following company protocols.

· Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of the night staff.

· Assist with administrative tasks related to the night team, including scheduling and timekeeping.

· Attend all relevant training and briefing sessions.

· Promote and adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for all.

· Identify potential hazards and communicate them to management.

· Address and resolve guest inquiries and issues, involving management when necessary.

· Maintain adequate stock levels, conducting monthly inventory checks and managing purchase orders.

· Perform regular Duty Manager shifts as needed and participate in management meetings.
