About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate in community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Teach independent living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
  • Accompany individuals on community-based activities, such as swimming, social events, and leisure activities

Requirements:

  • No experience required, but a kind and compassionate nature is essential
