Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals with learning disabilities in various residential settings
- Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being
- Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Administer medication according to prescribed guidelines
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Requirements:
- UK-based care experience of at least 1 year
