Operations Management Specialist

HSL Compliance is a leading service provider to Local Authorities and Housing Associations across the UK.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring efficient project delivery.
Main Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, including planning and scheduling tasks
- Coordinating Back Office activities, including liaison between departments
- Ensuring optimal resource utilization and store management
- Maintaining effective relationships with clients and statutory authorities
A strong understanding of modern business technology, including ERP and CRM systems, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is also necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an office-based environment with regular attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid full driving license is necessary
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, 30 days annual leave, on-going career progression, and a company pension.
