Job Description

HSL Compliance is a dynamic organization providing services to Local Authorities and Housing Associations across the UK.

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Management Professional to join our team, responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives
  2. Maintain effective relationships with clients and statutory authorities
  3. Coordinate Back Office activities, including liaison between departments
  4. Ensure optimal resource utilization and store management
Essential Skills

A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is necessary. A broad understanding of modern business technology, including ERP and CRM systems, is also required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid full driving license is necessary
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, 30 days annual leave, on-going career progression, and a company pension.
