Job Title: Call Centre Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Phlebotomy team as a Call Centre Clerk. This is an exciting opportunity to provide an effective and efficient service to patients in a 'call centre' environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a 'call centre' environment for patients calling to make outpatient appointments.
  2. Maintain a high standard of quality in providing an appointments service; supporting patients and professionals, and the Trust in achieving their goals, particularly regarding outpatient waiting times.
  3. Produce high-quality patient information for the Trust to enable maximum use of resources, and to support service level agreements and planning of future services.
  4. Ensure that patients receive good quality, appropriate documentation/information relating to their appointment.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. As a Call Centre Clerk, you will be responsible for providing an excellent service to patients, while also contributing to the overall success of the Phlebotomy team.
