About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Help with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Follow individual care plans and adapt to changing client needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
