Relief Support Worker

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at our Battersea service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred support to older people with care and support needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks
- Support individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities
- Empower individuals to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing mentally, physically, and emotionally
- Work in a flexible manner on a roster basis, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
- Previous experience in working with vulnerable adults
- Well-honed skills in positive communication and engagement
- Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for service users
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a variety of settings
