Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with a learning disability, empowering them to lead fulfilling and valued lives.
- Support service users to maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills, and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality service, ensuring the needs of service users are met.
- Participate in on-going training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Commitment to an empowering approach to support, enabling people to lead fulfilling and valued lives.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to provide a high-quality service.
