Job Title: Sub Agent
About the Role:
Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sub Agent to join their team. As a Sub Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering infrastructure works for a major new housing estate in the Southwestern Region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the visiting Director and on-site Works Manager in delivering infrastructure works
* Coordinate with the site engineer to read drawings and overcome design difficulties
* Ensure the workforce is working safely, effectively, and efficiently
* Promote the highest levels of health and safety on site
* Liaise with stakeholders on public-facing projects
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience in groundworks and infrastructure projects
* Strong leadership and coordination skills
* Ability to read drawings and coordinate gangs
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
What We Offer:
* A permanent position with a leading Civil Engineering and Groundworks Specialist Contractor
* The opportunity to work on a major groundworks project with a lifespan of at least two years
