About the Role

Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sub Agent / Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the visiting Director and on-site Works Manager in delivering infrastructure works for a major new housing estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of infrastructure works for a major new housing estate
  • Work closely with the visiting Director and on-site Works Manager to ensure project success
  • Coordinate and manage site operations, including earthworks, Section 278 works, road construction, new drainage, culvert installation, and more
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in civil engineering and groundworks
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
