Job Title: Site Manufacturing Manager

Princes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manufacturing Manager to join our team at our Long Sutton site in the UK. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing operations at our site, ensuring the efficient delivery of business objectives and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the manufacturing team to achieve business objectives and maintain high performance standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of production data, including quality control, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the manufacturing team.
  • Manage and control labor costs, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure the site is maintained in a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean work practices, Six Sigma, and manufacturing execution systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
