Job Title: Site Manufacturing Manager

About the Role:

  • Oversee all manufacturing operations at our production site
  • Lead the Production and Logistics teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Contribute to the company's strategic goals and objectives as part of the Senior Leadership team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards in manufacturing operations
  • Ensure product quality standards are met and continuously improved
  • Drive efficiency and waste reduction initiatives to optimize production processes
  • Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team to achieve business objectives
  • Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven change management expertise and knowledge of Lean practices or Six Sigma
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
