Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Support the Team: Lead and support the team in ensuring maximum utilization of resources and equipment to achieve efficient production of Right First Time products.
- Deputise for Shift Operations Manager: Deputise for Shift Operations Manager as required.
- Operational Flexibility: Ensure operational flexibility is maintained with efficient utilization of resources of the site support functions (Engineering, Logistics, Technical).
- Safety and Quality: Ensure the safety of our people and products while maintaining company quality, safety, and environmental frameworks.
- Short to Medium-Term Strategy: Focus on short to medium-term week 1 to week 4 strategy to enable the factory to respond to the growth plans of all brands in the area of control.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage and develop a culture actively driving continuous improvement through engaging teams across the full Site strategy.
- Supply Chain Strategy: Ensure the supply chain strategy is embedded throughout the team and department.
- Company Processes: Ensure company and site processes and procedures are followed.
- Manage Budgets: Manage budgets and assist in any capital expenditure projects.
Requirements:
