Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Long Sutton Manufacturing and Logistics teams to ensure the efficient delivery of business objectives.
- Develop and execute improvement plans covering all operational KPIs within the scope of the role.
- Ensure manufacturing data is accurate, recorded appropriately, and reported in a timely manner.
- Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, managing holiday allowances, recruitment, training, development, appraisal, attendance, disciplinary issues, and daily supervision to maximise efficient productivity.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements.
- Experience of manufacturing management at a senior level.
- Key success/achievement in change management.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean work practices or Six Sigma.
- Experience of working with an end-to-end manufacturing execution system.
