Job Title: Site Manufacturing Manager

Princes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manufacturing Manager to join our team at our Long Sutton site in the UK. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing operations at our site, ensuring the efficient delivery of business objectives and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the manufacturing team to achieve business objectives and maintain high performance standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including food safety and environmental regulations
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of manufacturing data and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Lean work practices and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business improvement
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
