About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Services Adviser to join our dynamic team in Lancaster. As a key member of our contact centre, you will play a crucial role in generating new clients and managing relationships with our partners in the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and making outbound calls to potential clients
  • Explaining our services and determining whether clients have a case
  • Securing permission for us to act on their behalf and collecting necessary documentation
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth processes and meeting performance KPIs
  • Professionally communicating the process to clients and representing our and our partners' businesses effectively
What We Offer
  • A basic salary up to £22,000
  • A fantastic, uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of approximately £30,000
  • A supportive team environment with room for growth and opportunities for professional development
  • Reporting to the Call Centre Manager and working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, with the flexibility of working 1 day from home
