Client Support Specialist - Head Office


We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team at the Head Office.

This position will report directly to the Client Care Manager.

Position Type: Full-time/Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Daytime)

Location: Head Office with complimentary parking available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional support services to our clients.
- Accurately documenting all communications via phone and email.
- Generating work orders for maintenance teams and subcontractors, ensuring timely follow-up until completion.
- Proficiency in IT is essential, with a solid understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with COINS software is beneficial, though training will be provided.
