About the Role:

The Transformation Unit is seeking an experienced and motivated Diabetes Specialist Dietitian to join our team of healthcare professionals at Northwick Park Hospital and Central Middlesex Hospital.

Main Duties:

You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality dietetic service as part of a multidisciplinary team within the Diabetes Centres. This includes providing evidence-based dietetic advice to adults with diabetes, including carbohydrate counting education, insulin pump therapy, and continuous glucose monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Hold a postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., nutrition or dietetics)
  • Have significant experience working as a Diabetes Dietitian, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
