Fixed Term Contract

As a Programme Management Office Support Specialist at Border to Coast, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective coordination and delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include providing support to project and functional leads, tracking project progress, and maintaining project governance channels. You will also be involved in producing key metrics and contributing to governance packs for Corporate Investment and Development Committees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver project analysis and support to agreed change projects
  • Produce weekly and monthly reporting for governance committees
  • Contribute to governance packs for Corporate Investment and Development Committees
  • Provide PMO analysis and support to agreed change projects

Requirements:

  • Proven PMO experience, including a track record in delivering projects within a PMO function
  • Knowledge of PMO and project methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills
  • Experience in delivering robust documented processes
  • Familiarity with MS 365 tools, including MS Project and MS Visio
