- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key clients promptly and effectively. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
