About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to join our Ministry and Mission Team as a Diversity and Inclusion Lead - Part Time. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in advancing racial justice and promoting inclusivity within our diocese.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver contextually appropriate training pathways to support churches and schools across West Yorkshire and the Dales.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to promote racial justice and inclusivity, and to develop training in-person and online.
  • Combine big picture thinking with detailed planning and practical implementation to achieve our diocesan vision.
  • Engage effectively and sensitively across cultural diversity, with an appreciation of the challenges and opportunities of intercultural ministry, mission, and community engagement.
