Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our sales team at iHasco, a leading eLearning training provider in the Adult Health and Social Care sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with existing customers, upselling and cross-selling our services to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with existing customers and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Successfully retain existing non-contracted customers by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience with our platform
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, rapport-building, and issue resolution
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and analyze customer data to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Confident, ambitious, and determined individual with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Hubspot or Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and sales performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

What We Offer
