About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team as a Sales Order Processor and Office Administrator. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively.

The main responsibilities of this role include requesting AML documents from vendors, compiling property particulars and sending them for approval, uploading properties to the internet, ordering 'for sale' boards, sending out sales memorandums, taking incoming calls, passing email leads to negotiators, keeping client files updated and performing general office management tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Reapit software or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
