Bid Manager

Bridge Recruitment UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing the bid team to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the commercial tendering process, ensuring timely visibility of all opportunities and leading on, writing, and project managing bids and proposals from beginning to end.
- Identify and bid for appropriate sector frameworks, and maintain position on them.
- Contribute to the bid/no bid process and decision making, and manage the bid team during the bid process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop a successful strategy for winning bids, including pinpointing unique selling points, understanding customer requirements, and coaching on presentations.
- Review tenders, collate deadlines, and distribute questions to relevant departments.
- Ensure the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentation material.
