About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a multi-disciplined engineering team at our Humber Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational delivery of numerous schemes from conceptual phase to detailed design, manufacture, and implementation onto site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Project Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure deliverables are achieved efficiently and effectively, safely, and to the quality expected from a professional organization.
  • Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure operational compliance on various project schemes in accordance with British Standards and Client specifications.
  • Collaborate with multi-discipline teams across various UK office locations to drive change and innovation in engineering, safety, and delivery solutions.
  • Mentor Graduate Engineers and participate in developing the growth of the team and wider Jacobs's growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years' experience related to an engineering or management role.
  • Chartered or working towards a registered body.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH accredited.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with people at all levels of an organization.
  • UK Citizenship.
