About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Jacobs, a leading provider of professional, technical, and construction services. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a mechanical team within our Operational performance unit, supporting the Operation Director and Senior team with sustainable growth, and providing facilitation, leadership, mentoring, and coaching to enhance the team's general capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Mechanical team within the Operational performance unit.
  • Support the Operation Director and Senior team with the sustainable growth of the business.
  • Provide facilitation, leadership, mentoring, and coaching to enhance the team's general capability.
  • Clear and concise communication and presentation skills.
  • Lead the production of proposals and tenders in accordance with client and Jacobs commercial requirements and governance.
  • Work in a safe and sustainable manner, adhering to the highest professional standards while ensuring accountability for safety and maintaining robust HSE behaviours and cultures.
  • In conjunction with technical leads and Designers produce and maintain project baselines (scope, cost, and schedules).
  • Provide robust financial and project reporting.
