The successful candidate will lead a mechanical team within our Operational performance unit, supporting the Operation Director and Senior team in sustainable business growth. You'll provide facilitation, leadership, mentoring, and coaching to enhance the team's general capability, ensuring clear and concise communication and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities include leading the production of proposals and tenders, working in a safe and sustainable manner, and maintaining robust HSE behaviours and cultures. You'll also provide robust financial and project reporting, in conjunction with technical leads and Designers.

We're looking for a talented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and clients. If you're a motivated and experienced project manager, we'd love to hear from you.
