We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Optical Assistant to join our dynamic team at Health Care Personnel. This is a full-time role that requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with selecting the correct frames for their lenses.
  • Measure frames accurately to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Order prescription glasses and contact lenses as required.
  • Arrange follow-up appointments for customers.
  • Make adjustments to frames when necessary.
  • Perform pre-screening tests such as retinal imaging and pressure testing.
  • Explain offers and products to customers.
  • Handle payments efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience working in an optical setting.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail roles is advantageous.
