Service Lead (Systemic & Workforce) Job Description

Sanctuary Personnel, a pioneering recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Service Lead (Systemic & Workforce) to join our team in Wandsworth. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £80,874 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership for the service, driving a clear vision and setting high standards for quality and outcomes.
  • Develop, plan, and deliver a systemic service, embedding systemic ideas and practices into all aspects of Children's Social Care.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Service Lead to ensure seamless integration between quality assurance and practice improvement.
  • Evaluate services rigorously, ensuring continuous improvement and responsiveness to children's and young people's needs.
  • Monitor safeguarding responsibilities, performance, and training of staff, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Undertake training, including child protection training, and participate in meetings, supervision, and other events to enhance communication and post development.
  • Plan and manage programmes of change and projects to improve service outcomes, promoting quality, diversity, and inclusion.
