Key Responsibilities:- To provide strategic leadership for the service, driving a clear vision for excellence and outcomes.
- To develop, plan, and deliver a systemic service, embedding systemic ideas and practices into all aspects of Children's Social Care.
- To work closely with the Quality Assurance Service Lead to ensure seamless integration between quality assurance and practice improvement.
- To evaluate services rigorously, ensuring continuous improvement and responsiveness to children's and young people's needs.
- To ensure the service meets national and local performance and quality indicators in a timely manner.
- To monitor safeguarding responsibilities, performance, and training of staff.
- To undertake training, including child protection training, and participate in meetings, supervision, and other events to enhance communication and post development.
- To plan and manage programmes of change and projects to improve service outcomes.
