Post recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage field sales operations for a leading UK-based fibre optic internet service provider in Leeds.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee and lead high-level sales efforts in acquiring new business (B2B) customers for a cutting-edge full fibre broadband network.

You will utilize your advanced communication and persuasion skills to engage with key prospects, negotiate deals, and help shape the future growth strategy of the business.

This role requires an expert understanding of sales strategy, customer needs, and relationship management, with a strong focus on driving performance and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Field Sales Operations: Oversee direct sales activities in designated areas, ensuring consistent achievement of ambitious customer acquisition targets.
  • Strategic Customer Engagement: Develop and implement targeted strategies to engage prospective residential customers, effectively demonstrating the benefits of high-speed fibre broadband and converting leads into long-term subscribers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
