About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our service users. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the care needs of service users, working closely with care workers, other professionals, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide information and support to service users and care workers.
  2. Liaise with external agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  3. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new care workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training.
  4. Conduct regular supervisions and appraisals of care workers.
  5. Support the effective handling of safeguarding incidents, complaints, and concerns.
  6. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands and priorities, remaining calm under pressure.
  • A friendly, confident, and helpful telephone manner is crucial for this position.
