Adult Care Services Coordinator

What We Are Looking For:
- CQC registration and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £32,198.40 per annum
Annual Leave Entitlement: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (increasing to 28 days after 5 years)
