We are seeking a talented Adult Services Team Lead to join our team at our residential home in Mundesley, near Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of adults with Learning Disabilities.

  • Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Opportunity to lead a team of care staff and support workers.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in a care setting, preferably as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager. They will be responsible for delivering exceptional care, supporting a dedicated team of care staff, and ensuring that our high standards are maintained.
