Stock and Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock and Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at ERIKS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory control data, optimizing customer and ERIKS stock profiles, and ensuring timely replenishment.
Key Responsibilities- Deputise for the Site Manager in their absence and provide leadership to the team.
- Maintain accurate inventory control data and proactively review inventory levels to ensure optimal stock profiles.
- Ensure sales orders are loaded onto the system promptly, meeting customer delivery requirements and achieving acceptable margin levels.
- Load purchase orders onto the system, utilizing preferred sources of supply where possible.
- Research and identify alternative supply options when preferred suppliers are unavailable.
- Provide regular reports and key performance indicators to management and customers, contributing to effective planning and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment for staff, visitors, and customers.
- Manage team members, setting clear objectives and ensuring they deliver high standards of performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of inventory management, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
