About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Lead to join our team at PDSA in Loughborough. As a Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing our retail shop, supervising a team of colleagues and volunteers, and maximizing profit and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Retail Team: Manage a team of colleagues and volunteers to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  2. Drive Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  3. Improve Customer Experience: Develop and implement customer service initiatives to enhance the shopping experience and increase customer loyalty.
  4. Manage Inventory and Stock: Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  5. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues and volunteers to achieve team goals and objectives.
