About the Role:
- Lead a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including stock rotation, visual merchandising, and financial management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Champion the PDSA brand and values, promoting our charity work and services to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the charity.
