Job Title: Charity Shop Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Charity Shop Manager to lead our Loughborough retail shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues and volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Team: Supervise and motivate a team of colleagues and volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Maximise Profit: Ensure efficient stock rotation, effective use of financial and competitor data, and strong brand messaging to drive sales and revenue growth.
  3. Champion PDSA: Promote the PDSA brand and values, and raise awareness of our charity's work through local networking and community engagement.
  4. Develop Retail Knowledge: Share best practices and retail expertise with other PDSA Shop Managers in the region to drive excellence across the network.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review KPIs and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
