Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Skegness. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our pharmacy service, ensuring that we provide the highest level of care to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Emphasize the importance of clinical governance and invest time in training colleagues
  • Proactively develop pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements
  • Manage the department and individual staff competence, as well as a high-performing pharmacy team, developing, implementing, and sharing best practice
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy degree
  • Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Excellent team management and communication skills
  • DBS check prior to commencement of employment
