About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Skegness. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the pharmacy service, ensuring it is at the heart of the store.

Our Pharmacy Managers are responsible for:

  • Emphasizing the importance of clinical governance and investing time in training colleagues
  • Developing pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements
  • Managing the department and individual staff competence, as well as a high-performing pharmacy team, developing, implementing, and sharing best practice
  • Focusing on day-to-day business and medium-term operations, regularly auditing staff, services, systems, records, and standards

About You

To be successful as a Pharmacy Manager, you will have a true desire to help others and lead the team, enhancing current services. You will:

  • Possess a Pharmacy degree
  • Hold membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Demonstrate excellent team management and communication skills
  • Pharmacists working for Morrisons will have to complete a DBS check (organized by us) prior to commencement of employment
