Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our Skegness store, which serves a large and diverse community. As a Pharmacy Manager at Morrisons, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving services, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance pharmacy sales and services, while maintaining a focus on patient safety and well-being.
- Lead and manage a high-performing pharmacy team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to integrate pharmacy services with the wider store operations, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Emphasize the importance of clinical governance, investing time in training and developing colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Pharmacy degree and membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Excellent team management and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving services in a pharmacy setting.
