We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Skegness store, which dispenses over 11,000 valued items on average to the local community each month.

Morrisons Pharmacy takes a holistic approach to healthy living, focusing on the freshness and goodness of our food and providing in-store pharmacies to help customers look after themselves inside and out.

The successful candidate will report to the Store Manager and have the opportunity to lead and shape their service, putting it at the heart of the store.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Emphasizing clinical governance and investing time in training colleagues
  • Developing Pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements
  • Managing the Department and individual staff competence, as well as a high-performing Pharmacy Team, developing, implementing, and sharing best practice
  • Focusing on day-to-day business and medium-term operation, regularly auditing staff, services, systems, records, and standards

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will have a true desire to help others and lead the team, enhancing current services.

Requirements include:

  • Possessing a Pharmacy degree
  • Hold membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Demonstrating excellent team management and communication skills
  • Pharmacists working for Morrisons will have to complete a DBS check prior to commencement of employment
