Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our Skegness store, which dispenses over 11,000 valued items on average to the local community each month.

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Emphasizing the importance of clinical governance and investing time in training your colleagues
- Developing Pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements/systems
- Managing the Department and managing individual staff competence, as well as a high-performing Pharmacy Team, developing, implementing, and sharing best practice
- Focusing on the day-to-day business, as well as medium-term operation, regularly auditing staff, services, systems, records, and standards
About You
We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager who has a true desire to help others and to lead the team and enhance current services. In addition, you will:
- Possess a Pharmacy degree
- Hold membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Demonstrate excellent team management and communication skills
- Pharmacists working for Morrisons will have to complete a DBS check (organized by us) prior to commencement of employment
