About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Bionic Services Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of field sales professionals in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities and provide world-class service.
  • Lead and develop a team of 10 field sales agents, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Act as a central point of communication between the team, peers, and management, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Identify potential challenges and proactively flag them, providing solutions to deliver required outcomes.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, providing weekly key statistics and insights to the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business use.
